MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IN
When I visited Las Lajas, on the second day of my stay we
were taken to Ecuador to see the Tulcán Cemetery. At first, I wasn’t very
excited, because I thought it would be like the traditional cemeteries found in
small towns. However, when I arrived, I was greatly surprised: I was impressed
by its size, the way the hedges were trimmed into artistic shapes, and the
harmony of the place. It felt like walking through a huge garden full of
history and tranquility. In addition, the organization and attention to detail
conveyed respect and peace. Overall, it was a very pleasant and different
experience that allowed me to appreciate these spaces in a new way and take
with me a special memory of my trip.
